Inspection
Don’t leave home without properly inspecting your vehicle and camper. You will want to make sure that your vehicle is running properly and that its parts are durable enough to make the journey. Inspect the condition of your camper as well. Once you have hooked the camper up to your vehicle, inspect the entire setup to make sure that everything is properly connected and that all of the lights are working.
Spare Equipment

Bring a set of spare tires for your camper and a roadside emergency kit, which you can keep in your vehicle.
